Certification of vaccination is to be sighted by PNB personnel on arrival of boarding, if not provided, PNB personnel can refuse admission of the pet(s).

What if my dog isn’t sociable?

At Pets Now Boarding we have created a fantastic social environment for our doggy guests, we place our guests into organised play groups based on size, age temperament and play style. At this time we do not accept unsociable dogs, however we have an additional block coming soon that will allow us to provide our usual high level of care to all dogs regardless of their current sociability. If you are unsure if your dog meets this criteria, please give us a call and speak to our friendly staff.

Can my dog catch Canine Cough ?

At Pets Now Boarding we require all our guests to be up to date with their C5 vaccination. We have a strict daily cleaning procedure and some limited area’s to manage dogs that need to quarantine if an outbreak is suspected.

Despite this there is still the chance that a dog may catch Canine Cough as much like Covid-19 it is an airborne virus. For more information around Canine Cough we have created a leaflet containing information on the matter.
